I HAVE PARTICIPATED IN MULTIPLE WORHSOPS organized by iaac school of advanced architecture. during ai urbanism course we focused on creating urban analytics models with the use of computer vision and machine learning. we utilized python, opecv and yolo, to perform image analytics. the design for robotics course explored possibilities of use of remote controlled robots in configuring timber assemblies.
my master thesis was developed as a part of wider research conducted at gensesis lab at tu delf. pirouz nourian, the resaerch supervisor has been the inspiration for engaging in embracing gamification of desing and helped me to develop a comprehensive generative assembly model consisting of discrete catalogue of elements. this model is based on wave collaps function algorithm.
i have attended various design courses/workshops focusing on implementation computational techniques in design processes. during these i have explored the performative climatic analysis of buildings, genetic algorithms optimization for improved desing quality, and machine learning models for urban and building data analysis and generative shape & form creation.
